Recognizing what we don't know through dialogue

Thinking of ways to generate new insights
Engaging in dialogue
In face-to-face conversations (small talk), we often say "I see" when unfamiliar words are used
Is it because we can immediately ask questions about it (the topic can be diverted)?
Opportunities for implicit knowledge to be outputted?
Conversing with "wisdom" rather than "knowledge"
Competency (abstraction) rather than content (amount of information)
I want to advocate for wisdom and competency to be based on commonalities such as "Were A's topic and B's topic similar?"
The difference between A and B is industry-specific knowledge called "domain knowledge" (knowledge)
If you have abstract knowledge, you can understand the meaning somewhat
Is it greatly influenced by the context before and after the sentence?
In dialogue, you can clearly feel the context
Is it because of small talk?
Small talk is also an important context
The hypothesis that communication (dialogue) with a clear context is a good opportunity to learn what we don't know.
